The 876B is preset for a high quality, thicker consistency beverages like margaritas, daiquiris and wine slush. Product viscosity (thickness) can be manually adjusted and the 876B can be water cooled to accommodate large banks of machines in high volume bars and restaurants. Add a refrigerated hopper (BRH) for serving real fruit or dairy mixes like frozen coffee and smoothies. The large window provides excellent merchandising of colorful beverages.
